STRAWBERRY PUREE: 700 g
FRUCTOSE: 15 g
WATER: 285 g

1st step:
In a small pot mix in boiling water all the fructose quantity.
2nd step:
Combine strawberry purée and the mixed water with fructose.
3rd step:
When the mixture has cooled down, pour it into the molds and put them in the freezer.
